Returns Policy

We want your shopping experience to be as comfortable as possible. Therefore we accept returns for any or no reason. If you would like to return your order, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it. Please send an email to support@welovecandy.com with 'REQUEST TO RETURN' in the subject heading, your order number and the items you wish to return in the email. We will then email you the return instructions. To keep it fair for all parties, the following conditions apply:

  • Returned products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, unaltered and in the original state
  • Returned products must be free of any stains
  • Returned products must be packed in a proper way so that damage to the product’s packaging and contents is avoided
  • Shipping back to our warehouse is at the customer’s own cost
  • Please make sure to use an insured and traceable delivery method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages
  • We cannot refund any shipping costs you may have paid or any taxes, duties or charges you may have incurred upon receiving your package
  • Discounted items with an (expired) best before date can not be returned (products marked with: [BB: 00/00/0000])
  • If you refuse your parcel upon delivery and the shipping company sends it back to us, you will be refunded the order amount minus any shipping costs related to the parcel's journey to and from you.


Please keep in mind that if upon inspection it is deemed that the returned product does not match our guidelines, then we reserve the right to refuse the return.
